The band will perform a limited number of exclusive festival and support dates through the album's release in August 2009, and will then tour in support of the new album. THE ELMS' LIVE PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY:
THE ELMS do permit and encourage photography at their shows, so long as it does not conflict with venue policies. If you take great photos of the band at a show, and would like them to possibly appear in the artwork on this site, send them to photos@theelms.net. Photos should not exceed 600x600 dimensionally, and should be no more than 250k in size. Please include your name in the email should you desire credit for the photo.
THE ELMS' LIVE TAPING POLICY:
THE ELMS do permit audio taping of live performances so long as it does not conflict with the venue, or technical or safety aspects of a show. THE ELMS do not allow direct soundboard patches. Videotaping is currently allowed assuming no clearances are necessary from venue. THE ELMS do support free trading of live recordings for non-commercial purposes. Officially licensed bootlegs and live recordings can be obtained, free of charge, at the FILE section of this site.
